1. Introduction and Application
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, portals, recruitment coordination, documentation assistance, travel services and related services provided by Rapid Global Recruitment & Travel Ltd ("Rapid Global", "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms apply, as relevant, to:
- Website visitors
- Candidates and job applicants
- Travel and documentation clients
- Employers
- Recruitment agencies and business partners
- Authorized portal users
Specific services may be governed by an additional written agreement, quotation, invoice, service order or applicable third-party terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Users must review the applicable Terms before entering into a paid service agreement or using restricted account services.
Where an electronic acceptance process is provided, acceptance may be recorded through an affirmative action such as selecting an agreement checkbox or clicking an acceptance button.
A representative accepting an agreement for an organization must have authority to bind that organization.
Submitting an enquiry alone does not automatically create a paid service contract or authorize undisclosed charges.
3. Nature of Rapid Global's Services
Rapid Global provides services that may include:
- International candidate sourcing
- Preliminary recruitment screening
- Employment application coordination
- Employer and agency cooperation
- Candidate assessment and documentation support
- Interview coordination
- Workforce sourcing and deployment assistance
- Travel and flight reservation support
- Visa documentation administration
- Accommodation and group travel coordination
- Candidate and partner account management
The precise scope depends on the applicable service agreement.
Rapid Global does not guarantee employment, immigration approval or travel authorization.
Where regulated advice or professional services are required, they must be delivered by appropriately authorized persons.
4. Recruitment Registration and Employment Opportunities
Registering a profile, submitting a CV or participating in screening does not constitute an employment offer.
Vacancies are subject to:
- Employer demand
- Candidate eligibility
- Skills and qualification requirements
- Document verification
- Interview results
- Relevant employment and immigration laws
- Final employer selection
A listed destination does not guarantee an available vacancy.
Rapid Global may close or modify a vacancy where legitimate employer or operational circumstances require it.
5. Recruitment Process
Rapid Global may coordinate recruitment through the following stages:
- Application and registration
- Pre-screening
- Pre-interview
- Document and skills verification
- Rapid Global interview
- Employer interview, where required
- Selection and offer
- Documentation and applicable disclosed payments
- Work permit or immigration processing
- Visa preparation and interview, where required
- Visa decision and pre-departure
- Travel and deployment
- Arrival and placement follow-up
The order, availability and necessity of particular stages may vary according to the position, employer, destination and service agreement.
A displayed recruitment stage is an administrative progress indicator, not a guarantee of approval.
6. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must:
- Provide accurate and genuine information
- Submit valid and verifiable documents
- Disclose material information where lawfully required
- Attend agreed interviews and appointments
- Review employment documents before signing
- Respond to reasonable requests
- Meet applicable immigration requirements
- Protect their portal credentials
False information may result in a lawful suspension or termination of processing.
Any resulting payment or refund dispute shall be determined under the applicable Refund Policy, agreement and mandatory law.
7. Employer Selection and Employment Conditions
Final hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer or other authorized decision-maker.
Rapid Global does not independently guarantee:
- Selection for a particular position
- A specified salary
- Contract duration
- Benefits
- Work location
- Employment commencement date
Candidates should review the final written employment offer or contract.
Material changes to employment terms should be communicated before the candidate is asked to make a binding decision.
8. Work Permits, Visas and Immigration
Work-permit and visa applications are subject to the requirements and decisions of competent authorities.
Rapid Global may coordinate documentation or other agreed administrative steps.
The Company cannot guarantee:
- Work-permit approval
- Visa issuance
- Embassy appointment availability
- Entry clearance
- Immigration processing times
No payment shall be represented as purchasing or guaranteeing an immigration decision.
9. Service Packages and Written Agreements
The services included in a package shall be identified in the applicable written quotation, service agreement or order confirmation.
Packages may cover different combinations of:
- Candidate registration and assessment
- Documentation and profile preparation
- Employer matching and recruitment coordination
- Work-permit process support
- Visa documentation assistance
- Travel and deployment support
Services outside the agreed package may require separate authorization and pricing.
Rapid Global shall not impose an undisclosed fee merely because an additional service becomes available.
10. Fees, Quotations and Payments
Before a paid service begins, Rapid Global shall communicate the relevant charges and material payment terms.
The agreement should identify:
- Service description
- Total agreed price
- Currency
- Payment stages
- Included services
- Excluded third-party charges
- Refund and cancellation conditions
Payments must be made through authorized payment channels.
Clients should retain official receipts or payment confirmations.
The Company may investigate disputed or suspicious payment records.
11. Instalment and Milestone Payments
Where permitted by applicable law, service fees may be divided into agreed instalments. Depending on the offer, there may be one payment or two, three or four instalments; some employer-sponsored offers charge the client only for documentation and application processing.
A typical plan may correspond to:
First Installment — Application & Documentation: Application, eligibility assessment, registration and documentation services.
Second Installment — Employment Documentation & Immigration Authorization: Agreed employment documentation and immigration authorization coordination (for example an employer offer, an employment contract, a work permit, an employment visa or another authorization — only where the destination actually requires it).
Final Installment — Visa Approval & Travel: Payable after official visa issuance, for the agreed travel and completion services.
The exact payment triggers and amounts shall be stated in the relevant agreement.
A recruitment milestone does not automatically eliminate a client's statutory refund rights.
12. Recruitment Fees and Worker Protection
All recruitment-related fees must comply with applicable Ghanaian law, destination-country law and other mandatory requirements.
Where recruitment-fee prohibitions or employer-pays requirements apply, those rules take precedence over any commercial arrangement.
Rapid Global prohibits forced labour, human trafficking, coercion, unlawful document retention and deceptive recruitment practices.
Partners and employers must comply with applicable worker-protection obligations.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests shall be assessed under:
- Applicable mandatory law
- The relevant service agreement
- Rapid Global's Refund & Cancellation Policy
Where Ghana's Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), section 7(7), applies, its statutory placement-refund requirements must be respected.
No general statement that a fee is non-refundable shall override mandatory law.
Documented third-party charges and completed services may be considered only where legally and contractually permissible.
14. Travel, Flight and Accommodation Services
Airline, hotel and travel arrangements may be subject to third-party conditions.
Airfares, availability, baggage allowances, cancellation terms and schedules may change.
Rapid Global shall disclose material conditions relevant to the service where reasonably available.
Travel supplier rules do not remove Rapid Global's own legal responsibilities.
15. Processing Times and Delays
Processing estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delays may result from:
- Employer decisions
- Government procedures
- Document verification
- Appointment availability
- Regulatory changes
- Travel supplier operations
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Rapid Global shall communicate material developments where appropriate.
Delay clauses do not override mandatory refund rights or other statutory obligations.
16. Third-Party Providers
Rapid Global may coordinate services involving employers, recruitment agencies, government authorities, airlines, accommodation providers, insurers and other legitimate service providers.
These organizations may have separate legal obligations and contractual terms.
Rapid Global remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law.
17. Candidate Portal and Account Access
Candidate accounts may provide access to applications, documents, recruitment stages and service communications.
Users must protect their login credentials and must not access another person's account without authorization.
Rapid Global may apply reasonable security controls and restrict access where necessary to address fraud, misuse or security risks.
Account suspension does not automatically cancel every underlying service obligation.
18. Employer and B2B Partner Services
Employer and agency cooperation may be governed by a separate Business Master Services Agreement, partnership agreement or service order.
These arrangements may address:
- Candidate sourcing
- Recruitment responsibilities
- Vacancy requirements
- Commercial pricing
- Partner commissions
- Lawful markups
- Payment milestones
- Confidentiality
- Candidate attribution
- Data protection
- Contract termination
A Partner does not obtain authority to bind Rapid Global merely by registering for a portal account.
19. Partner Pricing and Commissions
Where a Partner has an approved commercial arrangement, the applicable price and commission conditions shall be documented.
Partner-specific prices may differ from publicly advertised service packages.
Partners must not misrepresent their own charges as official Rapid Global fees.
Any commission or markup must comply with applicable recruitment laws.
A Partner's estimated earnings are not automatically payable until the contractual payment conditions have been met.
20. Information Accuracy and Document Verification
Rapid Global may review documents and request reasonable verification.
Users must not submit forged passports, false qualifications, fabricated work permits, altered employment offers or misleading payment evidence.
The Company may suspend suspicious processing while conducting a proportionate investigation.
Legitimate mistakes should be distinguished from deliberate fraud.
21. Privacy and Data Protection
Rapid Global processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy & Data Protection Policy and applicable law, including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), where applicable.
Information may be processed for legitimate purposes including recruitment administration, verification, employer coordination, payment management and travel support.
Personal information shall not be shared indiscriminately with unrelated third parties.
International data transfers shall be subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.
22. Cookies and Website Technologies
Rapid Global may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential website functionality, security and authorized user preferences.
Optional analytics or marketing technologies shall be managed in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
Further information is provided in the Cookie Policy.
23. Acceptable Use and Platform Security
Users must comply with Rapid Global's Acceptable Use & Platform Security Policy.
Prohibited activities include:
- Fraud and impersonation
- Unauthorized access
- Malicious software uploads
- Account credential misuse
- Unlawful data harvesting
- Payment manipulation
- Harassment
- Unlawful recruitment activity
Rapid Global may take proportionate protective measures.
Such measures do not automatically extinguish lawful refund or contractual rights.
24. Intellectual Property
Rapid Global retains its applicable intellectual-property rights in its original website content, branding, software, designs and documentation.
Users may not unlawfully reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials.
Candidates retain their applicable rights in their own documents and personal information.
25. Confidentiality
Users with access to confidential candidate, employer, partner or business information must use it only for authorized purposes.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to unrelated persons without a lawful basis.
Separate confidentiality agreements may apply to commercial relationships.
26. Automated Assessment and Digital Tools
Where implemented, Rapid Global may use automated tools to support candidate screening, application organization or recruitment matching.
Automated recommendations do not guarantee eligibility, selection or immigration approval.
Applicable data-protection rights and safeguards shall be respected.
Rapid Global shall not describe an automated service as operational unless it has actually been implemented.
27. Security and Service Availability
Rapid Global shall use reasonable efforts to protect its digital services and maintain their availability.
Maintenance, technical issues and external infrastructure failures may affect access.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate service-level agreement, no fixed uptime percentage is guaranteed.
Users should promptly report suspected account compromise or security incidents.
28. Suspension and Termination
Rapid Global may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address serious fraud, security risks, unlawful activity or material contractual breaches.
Where appropriate, users shall be informed of the reasons and given an opportunity to resolve remediable issues.
Termination of portal access does not automatically authorize forfeiture of all fees or cancellation of mandatory legal obligations.
29. Complaints, Disputes and Chargebacks
Clients should submit complaints through official Rapid Global contact channels with relevant references and supporting documents.
The Company shall review complaints fairly and communicate the outcome.
Users retain lawful rights to raise disputes with payment providers, regulators or courts.
Fraudulent payment disputes are prohibited, but legitimate chargebacks and statutory remedies are not.
30. Limitation of Responsibility
Rapid Global does not control independent decisions made by employers, immigration authorities, airlines or other third parties.
However, Rapid Global remains responsible for its own legally actionable conduct, contractual obligations and applicable statutory duties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Any additional limitation of liability must be reasonable, clearly communicated and legally enforceable.
31. Force Majeure
Rapid Global shall not be treated as in breach solely because performance is prevented or materially delayed by an event beyond its reasonable control.
The Company shall take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material disruptions.
This provision does not automatically eliminate accrued payment obligations, statutory refunds or other mandatory rights.
32. Governing Law
These Terms shall generally be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to mandatory laws applicable to particular services, destinations or transactions.
Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or authorities as permitted by applicable law.
33. Changes to These Terms
Rapid Global may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, operational requirements or technology.
Material changes affecting existing contractual rights shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and any relevant agreement.
The Company shall maintain appropriate version records.
